Once your Practice has purchased the Signposting & Care Navigation Toolkit and the amendments are being actioned to make this Toolkit bespoke to your practice, the time has come to train your staff on how it works and why it is needed.
We offer two levels of training sessions and the content details are as follows:

We can arrange to hold a Teams meeting with your staff for up to 1 hour. This will include any questions your staff may have about the process and the functionality of the Toolkit.
Each staff member will be able to access the Teams link via their own computer terminal and access the session. They will also be given the opportunity to ask questions as we go along. Staff engagement is critical to making this Toolkit work for your practice, so this investment into your staff is time and money well spent.

Ongoing Training is available when you need it.​
​
This training session is not limited to your staff at the beginning of the journey with the Toolkit.
If you would like a training session for any new members of the team that have joined you during the year, then this can be arranged as well.

Cost

​The cost of each session is £75 for up to 10 people, there is no minimum - Happy to offer 1-2-1 session.

Any session with over 10 people is charged at £7.50pp.

The training session will last up to 1 hour.
