We would like to offer the opportunity to work together.
We know you have a powerful voice and we would like to offer you the ability to earn some commission from the recommendation of the Toolkit to your fellow peers.
What's In It For You?
We would like to pay you the sum of £75.00 for each introduction and subsequent sale of the Toolkit to another practice.
Terms & Conditions:

You must have purchased and be using the Care NavigationToolkit at your own Practice prior to an introduction.

You have referred the Care NavigationToolkit to another practice that has not already made an approach to us.

The commission will only be paid once the Toolkit has been purchased and paid for.

You will provide your full name, Practice and email address

This commission will only be paid if the referred practice is paying full price.
The commission will be paid to the bank details provided by you - this can be an individual, or a Practice.
